Plumas County Appraiser Alicia Dalton and Scott Kelly will be on hand to update members and lead a Q&A on the latest issues on the appraisal side of real estate.
Thursday, Aug. 21, with cocktail hour starting at 5 pm, dinner at 6 pm and speaker to follow. Pizza and salad by Grizzly Bite, cost is $22.
